When you delete your Astep account, we permanently remove your profile and personal data from our active systems and stop all future communications associated with this account. This action cannot be undone, and you will lose access to your history and any data saved in the app, so please export or save anything important before continuing. If you just need a break, you can instead log out and return anytime using your existing email.
